Me My Who?

Me My Moo started in early 2025 with a simple idea: serve up Texas-style gelato that makes folks smile and sits easy, too. Made with A2 dairy, it’s smooth, creamy, and friendly to your belly.

Texas-style gelato sticks to the Southern Italian playbook — slow-churned, small-batch, and made with care. But MMM does it the Texas way: with milk that’s a little richer, a little creamier, and a whole lot tastier. Same craftsmanship and a taste that would make Big Tex smile.

A2 dairy comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein — making it easier on the belly for a lot of folks. No weird additives, no fake science. Just real milk that loves you back.

The A2 dairy MMM uses comes from cows raised on farms that practice regenerative farming. The cows get treated right, the soil stays healthy, and the planet gets a little breather.
